Seriously try this. Do it, no excuses. It’s chocolate paradise in a cup, FOR BREAKFAST!
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter (I use THIS ONE)
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
The How To:
- Pop all ingredients into your blender jug and cover. I use my Blend Active as it perfect for things like this. Store in the fridge over night. Blend until smooth the next morning and enjoy.
