Power House Smoothie (and a protein shake)


A great way to start any day

For the smoothie:

  • 1 tbsp of Aloe Vera Juice
  • 3 tbsp blueberries
  • Small handful of spinach
  • 2 tbsp strawberries
  • 2 tbsp raspberries
  • Ice

For the protein shake:

  • Ice
  • Skimmed milk (amount according to serving instructions)
  • Protein Shake powder (I use this one)

The How To:

  1. Pop everything in your blender and whazz it up. Smoothie and protein shake blitzed separately, obviously!! I use a Blend Active blender for these types of jobbies. It helps with portion sizing and is fabulous for on the go mornings where time is not your friend.
