Roasted Chickpeas

Get that crunch without the calories and added sugars you find in most salty snacks

The how to:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 230°C
  2. Dry chickpeas with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil all the trimmings.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake about 40 minutes until golden brown. Don’t get too spooked if they start to pop. This is normal
