No Bake Banana Smoothie Energy Balls


An energy booting snack

 You’ll need:

  • 2 tbsp oat bran
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp vanilla soya yogurt
  • 1 small very ripe banana (mashed)
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • A handful of dairy free chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for dusting)

The how to:

  1. Mix everything together in bowl
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop mixture in to your hands.
  3. Roll mixture with your palms into balls. Place on a baking sheet. Dust with cinnamon and chill in fridge for at least half an hour.
