An energy booting snack
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp vanilla soya yogurt
- 1 small very ripe banana (mashed)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- A handful of dairy free chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for dusting)
The how to:
- Mix everything together in bowl
- Use a tablespoon to scoop mixture in to your hands.
- Roll mixture with your palms into balls. Place on a baking sheet. Dust with cinnamon and chill in fridge for at least half an hour.
