Berry Yogurt Bowl


It’s berry delicious I tell you!

  • 1 tbsp oats
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup of soya berry yogurt
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

The how to:

  1. Toast your oats for 5 minutes 200° golden brown and slightly crunchy
  2. Throw your yogurt and raspberries in a blender and whazz it up.
  3. Spoon your concoction into a bowl.
  4. Slice your banana and place on top of your yogurt with the flaxseed, oats and sprinkling of cinnamon.wpid-2015-10-05-07.45.50-1.jpg.jpeg
