It’s berry delicious I tell you!
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
- ½ cup of soya berry yogurt
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
The how to:
- Toast your oats for 5 minutes 200° golden brown and slightly crunchy
- Throw your yogurt and raspberries in a blender and whazz it up.
- Spoon your concoction into a bowl.
- Slice your banana and place on top of your yogurt with the flaxseed, oats and sprinkling of cinnamon.
