Hangover cure. I promise.
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 sprinkle of cinnamon
- 1 cup soya milk
- 1 ripe banana (the black the spots the sweeter the banana)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp of vegan butter (for cooking)
The how to:
- Mix everything together in a bowl
- Decant mixture with a ladle into a thinly greased pre-heated pan and cook each pancake over medium heat until lightly browned.
I enjoyed mine with lemon juice and fresh berries.
