Simply Pesto

Whether you have it On toast, with pasta or stuffed inside a chicken breast this pesto is the tits, Trust me.

  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A hearty handful of freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 3-4 chubby handfuls of fresh basil
  • A teeny pinch of salt and pepper

NOW GO GET YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR

Throw it all in. Wizz wazz bang until smooth. Bob’s your Uncle, Fanny’s your Aunt it’s done!

Decant into a clean, sterilised jar and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

If it lasts that long that is.
