My best kept secret….well, not anymore.
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp tahini
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1tsp salt
- Half cup of roasted peppers (I used a jar of Cucina grilled peppers from Aldi)
- Half cup of sundried tomatoes (I used a jar of Cucina tomatoes from Aldi)
- 1 inch piece of ginger peeled and minced
The how to and what not:
Chuck it all in a food processor and wizz it up.
Yep, it’s that simple! Store in a tupperware. This Hummus will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
