If you’re like me and loveee sweet treats you’ll bow down with thanks for introducing you to these little beauties.
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1 tbsp manuka honey
- 1tbsp water
- Cinnamon
- Coconut oil
The how to:
- Melt coconut oil in a pan. Pop banana slices in and cook for 1-2 mins on each side. They brown quickly so it might be less stress for you remove ’em from heat as you flip ’em.
- Melt your manuka honey for 20 seconds in the microwave and whisk with 1 tbsp of water. Remove pan from heat and pour honey mixture over your banana slices.
- Allow to cool, sprinkle with cinnamon and admire your saucy sweet sensations.
Add them to your desserts, porridge, yoghurt…whatever you fancy really.
